Knauf rafter roll
Knauf rafter roll has been designed for installation between warm roofs and loft conversions. It’s ‘friction fitted’ between rafters which eliminates air gaps. Using Rafter Roll will significantly enhance the acoustic performance of the roof which is of particular importance in attached and terraced dwellings where only mineral wool can provide very high levels of combined thermal and acoustic performance. It’s quick and easy to install with long roll lengths for fast installation. Knauf rafter roll is also Euroclass A1 non-combustible classified - the highest rating available. The European Reaction to Fire classification system (Euroclasses) is the EU common standard for assessing the qualities of building materials in the event of fire.
Bostik T303 foil tape
Bostik T303 foil tape is aluminium foil tape used for thermal insulation, with proven performance and reliability. It can be used to complete the vapour barrier on foil-faced pipe and slab sections in thermal insulation applications. The Bostik foil tape range helps to protect your project against the effects of fire, moisture and dust while maintaining system efficiency. It’s easy to apply, exhibits instant adhesion and can be moulded to any profile.
Superglass multi-roll
Superglass multi-roll 44 is a lightweight, non-combustible and flexible, glass mineral wool insulation roll. It’s perforated to allow easy installation between common joist spacings and minimum onsite cutting and waste. While it’s primarily used as thermal insulation in new and existing lofts and cold roofs, it can actually be used in a variety of other applications including suspended timber ground floors. It provides excellent thermal performance with a thermal conductivity of 0.044W/mK. Superglass multi-roll is manufactured from up to 84% recycled glass and you’ll be glad to know it has a BRE Green Guide Rating of A+ and is ISO 14001 accredited.
