Delivery charges
- The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
- If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.
Delivery access
- The majority of CMS Tools are delivered on a Sprinter size vehicle and off loaded by hand. The CMS Tools courier will take an image of the box being passed to yourself or where they have left it if there is a safe space.
- CMS Tools Bitumen boilers (heavy/bulky goods) are delivered on an either a rigid or HGV vehicle and off loaded by the driver with a pump truck.
- Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes, etc. that may cause restrictions.
- You must make our sales office aware of these restrictions or the delivery may fail. Smaller vehicles (7.5 ton) can be arranged as a special requirement please be aware this can cause delays as there are far fewer available and further charges may apply.
Date and time of delivery
- We will advise a delivery date to you by email, and your order will be delivered directly to you from CMS Tools.
- The majority of CMS Tools deliveries are made between 8.00am – 6.00pm by the CMS Tools nominated courier. If you cannot be present to accept delivery, please confirm your safe place when placing your order with Roof Giant.
- CMS Tools Bitumen boilers (heavy/bulky goods) deliveries are made between 8.00am – 6.00pm by the CMS Tools nominated courier. These must be signed for and delivery will not be left without signature.
Failed deliveries are chargeable
- Failed deliveries for the majority of CMS Tools are not chargeable as the order can be left safe at the property. Please confirm your safe place when placing your order with Roof Giant.
- CMS Tools Bitumen boilers (heavy/bulky goods) Failed deliveries are chargeable. You must be present to accept the delivery. Please note that a CMS Tools re-delivery charge of £50.00 ex. VAT will apply if the delivery is missed for any reason.
Damages & missing items
- All damaged or missing items should be reported to the driver and signed for as damaged or missing, wherever possible.
- Contact Roof Giant within 24 hours with all details so we can help you. If you wait too long, we may be unable to help.
- Any damages must be photographed and sent to sales@roofgiant.com.
- For CMS Tools Bitumen boilers (heavy/bulky goods) CMS will not accept any claims that have photos of goods not on the pallet as delivered as we cannot prove to the transporter that the damage was caused during transit.
Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g., if you need to query damage that occurred during transit).
- If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.
How long will I wait for my delivery?
The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.
Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?
We currently offer next day delivery on certain brands. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.
What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.
