Product Information

Old Hollow Clay Pantiles are traditional overlapping single pantiles produced with a weathered, rustic finish to create an aged appearance from day one.

The unique and random pattern and texturing applied to the product provides the visual appearance of reclaimed pantiles whilst modern production overcomes the integrity risks associated with them.

With their distinctive pattern of rolls and troughs, Old Hollow perfectly replicates the traditional old English pantile shape, producing roofscapes of outstanding charm and character.

Available Colours:

  • 599160: Vintage Blue
  • 599180: Vintage Red

Old Hollow Clay Pantiles conform to BS EN 1304:2013 Clay roofing tiles and fittings - Product definitions and specifications.

Old Hollow Clay Pantiles have been rigorously tested in the Group wind tunnel where combinations of high wind and driving rain are used to determine the tile performance with respect to wind loading and weathertightness. Tiles will meet all the requirements of BS 5534: 2014 Code of practice for slating and tiling (including shingles), providing Redland fixing recommendations are complied with.

  • Spirtech 400 2S underlay must be used when using these tiles
  • Individual tiles can be nailed, clipped or nailed & clipped
  • Always refer to FixMaster for a BS 5534-compliant fixing specification
