Eternit has been producing profiled sheeting for over 100 years. Eternit FarmTec is perfect for agricultural, livestock, and equestrian buildings, not to mention a whole host of other sectors. Cranked crown sheets and vents are available in girths of 750mm and 900mm.

Mitring
Cranked crown and vents are not required to be mitred and the top of the FarmTec sheets adjoining the ridges are also not required to be mitred.
Fixing
The cranked crown ridges are fixed with the same fasteners as the sheets.
200mm sheet end laps = Minimum cranked crown ridge overlap is 225mm, fixing position is 150mm up from the bottom edge of the ridge.
300mm sheet end laps = Minimum cranked crown ridge overlap is 325mm, fixing position is 250mm up from the bottom edge of the ridge.
This will allow for a 50mm overhang of the sheet above the purlin and 75mm from the centre of the fixing based on a 50mm wide purlin.
Cranked crowns are fixed into corrugations 2 & 5.
Cranked vents are fixed into corrugations 2 & 6.
Farmscape sheets have a coloured pigment applied to the surface of natural grey wet flat material to providing a subtle variance to the tone inherent in any cementitious product this appearance will blend with almost any landscape. The sheets have a matt-coloured finish that avoids the shiny appearance of painted material. The pigment has no effect on the performance of the product, and as with natural grey sheets there may be colour differences between batches of material. The intensity of the colour will gradually reduce with time, but the sheets will maintain their mellow appearance as lichens start to grow on the surface.
Farmscape Anthracite fittings may weather at a different rate to the sheets, this is due to the manufacturing process for the fittings.

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.
How long will I wait for my delivery?
The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.
Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?
We currently offer next day delivery on certain brands. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office.
Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.
As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.
This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.
If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
